Hej! I’m a design researcher from The Netherlands currently living in Sweden. After a youth of making and building, I studied industrial design engineering at Delft University of Technology for a bachelor and masters degree in Integrated Product Design. In 2007-2008, I studied at the Politecnico di Milano, and I worked at a Dutch design studio. In 2010, I moved to Umeå to start my PhD research resulting in the monograph Opening Up Design, which I defended in October 2015.
